Jill Alarcon

Jill Alarcon serves as DCGs Vice President of Human Resources, bringing twelve plus years of experience in talent acquisition and human capital development across the PR/communications, digital media/advertising, federal contracting, and healthcare industries. She is responsible for the strategy and execution of recruitment, onboarding, professional development, retention, and engagement of the entire team. Prior to joining DCG, Jill served as the Director of Human Resources for a holding company under which she led HR for two small businesses: a full-service digital media agency and an online news publication. Leading up to that, she spent seven years supporting the recruitment of small to medium sized defense contractors in the D.C. area. Her specialty is in creating and implementing HR strategies in smaller organizations from the ground up, but her passion is connecting with people and supporting them as they flourish in their career!

Jill lives in Maryland with her husband, Roberto, two young daughters, Luciana and Anabel, and their middle-aged Boston Terrier/Boxer mix, Griffin! She enjoys group fitness and running, cooking and baking (and, of course, eating!) and spending time with her extended family.
