Cristi Luisa Aranda

Cristi Aranda has extensive experience in human resources and education, currently serving as Gerente de Talento Humano at Palermo S.A. since January 2011, with previous roles as Coordinadora de Recursos Humanos. Prior experience includes working at Tabacalera del Este from October 2003 to December 2010, where Cristi held positions as Asistente de Gestiones Legales and Analista de RRHH, overseeing salary management and legal compliance, along with being a founding secretary of the internal accident prevention committee. Earlier career experience includes as Encargada de Archivos, ensuring centralized document management, and as a docente across primary, secondary, and university levels at Primario, Secundario y Universitario from January 1997 to September 2003. Cristi holds a degree in Law and a Licenciatura in Notary and Educational Sciences from Universidad Catolica Nuestra Señora de la Asuncion.
