Mariola Alonso-Cortes Rodriguez

Mariola Alonso-Cortes Rodriguez is the Director of Institutional Relations at DCH, the largest organization for Human Capital Directors in southern Europe. Mariola is responsible for the development of the Human Resources management function and creating an environment for sharing experiences, knowledge, and networking opportunities. DCH has over 1500 members and is present in Spain, Portugal, Argentina, Mexico, and Peru.

Before their current position, Mariola was a business angel and advisor for PrivacyCloud and Weguest. Mariola also worked as an associate for BENEFIT BROKERS CONSULTORES DE SEGUROS, where they were responsible for business development in the health insurance market. In addition, they have consulted for OTTO & COMPANY Strategy Consultants GmbH on a project management office for the reintegration of business assets of a joint venture of two large pharmas companies to its shareholders.

Mariola has also held positions as the Director of Marketing and Business Development for Escuela de Cocina Telva and Director of Commercial and Marketing for Regus.
