Aditya A. Daware, E.I.T. began their work experience in 2018 as a Structural Engineer at Salt Design & Infra Services Pvt. Ltd. There, they developed StaadPro and Etabs models for various types of structures and reviewed structural analysis and design calculations. Aditya also managed a drafting team and developed automated spreadsheets for design purposes.

In 2020, Aditya worked as a Graduate Research Assistant at Clemson University, where they proposed a new standard fire testing method for determining high-temperature properties of Concrete Masonry blocks. Aditya conducted fire testing to determine the mechanical and thermal properties of industry-standard CMUs at different temperature ranges.

From 2021 to 2022, Aditya worked as a Structural Engineer in Training at Zuendt Engineering, gaining further experience in the field.

Currently, Aditya is employed as a Structural Project Engineer at DCI Engineers, starting in February 2022. In this role, they are responsible for structural analysis of wood and steel buildings, conventionally reinforced and post-tensioned concrete, as well as bridge elements. Aditya also coordinates and liaises with architects, owners, and contractors for project management and administration.
