Andrea Arment

Andrea Arment has a strong background in HR technology and analysis. Andrea worked as a Lead HRIS Analyst at DCP Midstream, overseeing the design, deployment, and management of all HR technology. Prior to that, they were an HRIS Analyst at MarkWest Energy Partners, L.P., where they configured systems and defined processes for electronic approvals and developed audit processes for HR data accuracy. Andrea also has experience as an HR Technology Professional at CH2M HILL, where they provided service as a business analyst and managed system upgrades. Additionally, they have held various administrative roles at the University of Colorado Boulder and NOAA: National Oceanic & Atmospheric Administration.

Andrea Arment received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Geography (Physical Geography and Climate Emphasis) from the University of Colorado Boulder, where they studied from 2002 to 2006.
