Sean Smirnoff has been working in the professional world since 2012. Sean began their career as the Founder and Owner of Prosperity Cascade, Inc. During their six-year tenure, they grew a self-funded and raised under bonds and debentures $560K real estate investment fund to $2.1M with an average annual asset growth of 33% and ROE of 732%. In 2018, they took a role in Real Estate at Carlton Wharf.

In 2014, Sean attended Cornell Tech as a STEM MBA Graduate Student. In 2016, they became the Co-Founder of Life Changing Labs and the Chief Strategy Officer of JanusWear. In 2017, they were appointed President and Board Member of the American College of Medical Quality.

In 2019, Sean began their roles as Founding CEO of Unadat, Director and Board Member of the American Board of Medical Quality, and Founder of Unadat at the DCU FinTech Innovation Center. Sean also became a Founder of Unadat at Y Combinator.

Throughout their career, Sean has worked on powering financial wellness revolution, signing up for always-free accounts, and developing sleeping garments with bilateral thermal properties.

Sean Smirnoff has a diverse educational background. Sean holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management, a Doctor of Medicine M.D./Ph.D Student from UMass Chan Medical School, a B.S. in Chemistry and a B.A. in Psychology from Brooklyn College, and an MBA from Cornell Tech.
