David Gibbs

David Gibbs has a diverse work experience, starting in 1998 as an Electro Mechanical Technician at Alliance Group Technologies Inc. In this role, they interpreted electrical schematics, built complex harnesses, and designed custom electronic enclosures.

Then, in 2011, David joined Delphi as a Software Engineer, where they worked until 2012.

After that, David joined Garmin International in 2012 as a Senior Embedded Software Engineer. David was part of a team developing safety-critical software for an Integrated Flight Deck for Part 23 aircraft. Their role involved ensuring compliance with DO-178B standards. David worked at Garmin International until August 2021.

Most recently, David joined DDC-I in March 2022 as a Senior Software Engineer, although no end date is provided for this role.

David Gibbs attended Purdue University from 2009 to 2012, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering Technology.
