Aimee Shirreffs

Aimee Shirreffs is a seasoned professional in workforce planning and analytics, currently serving as Global Head of Future Talent Planning at De Beers Group since August 2023. Prior to this, Aimee held roles including Senior Manager of Strategic Workforce Planning at The Chemistry Group and Director of Workforce Planning & People Analytics at Kantar, where responsibilities encompassed setting up an internal consultancy team and managing high-impact global projects. Aimee's earlier experience includes a significant tenure at Deloitte UK as Senior Manager of Workforce Analytics, and previous roles at the Royal Bank of Scotland which involved strategic HR partnerships and project management. Aimee holds a BSc Hons degree in Geography from the University of Aberdeen and began their career as an Assistant Manager at Four Mile House.
