Jessie Yao

Jessie YAO has extensive experience in Human Resources, currently serving as Human Resources Manager for Asia-Pacific at De Beers Group since April 2014, with previous roles including Assistant Human Resources Manager and Human Resources Generalist focused on Greater China. Prior experience includes HR Supervisor at 达能集团, overseeing compensation and benefits, talent acquisition, and internal communications for Greater China. Jessie YAO began a career as Assistant to the Director of Sales at Grand Hyatt Shanghai in early 2008. Currently pursuing an MBA at Fudan University, Jessie YAO also holds a Bachelor's degree in Management from Shanghai Normal University and has studied at the National University of Singapore.
