Massimiliano Polleggioni has a diverse work experience spanning from 1999 to 2019. Massimiliano has held various managerial positions in well-known companies. From 1999 to 2001, they worked as a Manager at IN ACTION Recreation, a subsidiary of Planhotel Groups. In 2001, they joined the Planhotel Hospitality Group, where they served as a Hotel Manager at various locations, including Diamonds Malindi Beach and Hotel Italia. In 2005, they were selected as the Hotel Manager for the opening of Town House 70 Suite Hotel in Turin, where they successfully implemented all departments. From 2006 to 2017, they worked for F.lli De Cecco di Filippo - Fara San Martino S.p.A., initially as a National Account in London and later as an Area Manager Sell Out. Massimiliano then returned to the Planhotel Hospitality Group as the General Manager of resorts, hotels, and spas, responsible for the overall operations. Massimiliano Polleggioni attended ITT Technical School, where they pursued a degree in a technology-focused field. The duration of this program was 5 years. Later, they enrolled at Università degli Studi 'Gabriele d'Annunzio' di Chieti and completed a 3-year degree in Economics.
