Ana Guzman has over 16 years of experience in the field of human resources. Ana is currently the Director of Human Resources at de la cruz since 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Marriott International from 2016 to 2021, where they held various positions including Director of Human Resources Operations and Assistant Director of Human Resources. From 2009 to 2016, Ana worked as an Assistant Director of Human Resources at Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc. Ana began their career at Empresas Santana (Four Points by Sheraton) in 2005 as an HR & Training Specialist.

Ana Guzman's education history begins in 1994 when they attended Colegio Nuestra Señora del Pilar for high school. Ana completed their high school education in 1998.

Afterward, they enrolled at UPR Rio Piedras where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Sociology. Ana started their studies in 1998 and completed them in 2005.

In terms of additional certifications, Ana Guzman obtained the SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM in February 2021.
