Patrycja Piechota

Patrycja Piechota has a diverse work experience in quality engineering roles. Patrycja started their career at UPM Raflatac in 2012 as a Quality Assistant, handling customer claims and collaborating with production and other quality teams. Patrycja then progressed to become a Quality Engineer, where they were responsible for continuous quality improvement, complaint handling, and conducting data analysis to identify and address quality issues. In 2016, Patrycja joined De La Rue as a Process Quality Engineer, where they played a key role in transferring a business unit from the UK to Malta, establishing a new Quality System, and providing training to the team. Patrycja also led the Quality Team as a Process Quality Engineer Lead, implementing quality assurance and control processes, improving product quality, and reducing customer complaints. Patrycja has made significant contributions in process optimization, waste reduction, and ensuring high-quality product output.

Patrycja Piechota obtained a Master of Science degree in Management and Manufacturing Engineering with a specialization in Quality Management from Wroclaw University of Science and Technology. Patrycja completed this degree from 2012 to 2014. Prior to that, they earned an Engineer of Production degree in Management and Manufacturing Engineering from Poznan University of Technology, which they pursued from 2008 to 2012.
