Patrycja Piechota has a diverse work experience in quality engineering roles. Patrycja started their career at UPM Raflatac in 2012 as a Quality Assistant, handling customer claims and collaborating with production and other quality teams. Patrycja then progressed to become a Quality Engineer, where they were responsible for continuous quality improvement, complaint handling, and conducting data analysis to identify and address quality issues. In 2016, Patrycja joined De La Rue as a Process Quality Engineer, where they played a key role in transferring a business unit from the UK to Malta, establishing a new Quality System, and providing training to the team. Patrycja also led the Quality Team as a Process Quality Engineer Lead, implementing quality assurance and control processes, improving product quality, and reducing customer complaints.
