Patrick van Mierlo

Patrick Van Mierlo has a diverse and extensive work experience in the media industry. Patrick started their career at Cinevideo and Frontline Video International as a video editor in the early 1980s. Patrick then worked as a Creative Director at RTL Veronique from 1989 to 1993. Following that, they joined Endemol as a Director of www.endemol.nl in 1993 and later moved to RTL Nederland as a Program Director for RTL 4. At RTL Nederland, they were responsible for budget, positioning, and scheduling of RTL4. Patrick also had extensive contacts with local production companies and acquired new formats for the channel. In 1998, they became the Chief Creative Officer of Rene Stokvis Produkties BV, where they were responsible for the look and feel of all TV shows produced by the company. In 2003, they founded their own media production company, Flink BV, as the Owner, specializing in cross media projects, human interest programs, and commercials. Patrick then served as the Chief Creative Officer of TeVe Media Group from 2009 to 2015. Most recently, they were the Managing Director Nederland at De Mensen starting from 2017.

From 1978 to 1981, Patrick Van Mierlo attended the Eindhoven University of Technology, where they pursued the field of study in HTS Electronica. The degree obtained during this period is not specified.
