Phil Clarke

Phil Clarke is an experienced business leader and strategist with a diverse background in retail and finance. Currently serving as an Independent Governor at De Montfort University since May 2019, Phil also provides business advisory services across various sectors including fashion retail, recruitment, charity, and beverages. As a Non-Executive Director at Riverford Organic Farmers, Phil focuses on enhancing corporate governance and supporting key business projects. Previously, Phil held leadership roles as Chief Operating Officer at The White Company, where business turnover and profit were doubled, and as Chief Financial Officer at Ann Summers, where significant operational changes were implemented.
