Helen Coleman

Helen Coleman serves as Chief Operating Officer and Interim Chief of Staff and Head of Strategy Delivery at TM Forum since February 2024, while also holding the position of Independent Governor at London South Bank University. Previously, Helen was Director of Communications at London Fire Brigade from June 2022 to January 2024 and served as a Board Trustee at Metanoia Institute until September 2023. Helen's earlier roles include Chief Student & Staff Services Officer and Director of Communications, Marketing and Student Recruitment at Brunel University London, along with Director of Communications and External Relations at Royal Holloway, University of London. Additional experience includes a tenure at the Department for Work and Pensions as Head of Entitlements & Responsibilities Communications Group and as an Independent Consultant focusing on public services. Helen holds an MBA from Kingston University and a BA in Communication Studies from Sheffield Hallam University.
