Iryna Lebid has extensive experience in customer support and account management, currently serving as both Account Manager and Head of Customer Support at De Novo since September 2016. Prior to this role, Iryna held the position of Head of Contact Centre at GoAntiFraud from May 2014 to September 2016. Earlier career experience includes working as the Head of Information Department - Call Center at Star Mall from September 2012 to March 2014. Iryna Lebid earned a Master's degree in French and English philology from Kyiv National Linguistics University between 1996 and 2001.
