Holly Dodd

Holly Dodd has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Holly is currently the Director of Product and Operations at De Soi Sparkling Non-Alcoholic Apéritif since January 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Manager Product Strategy at AMASS from August 2021 to May 2022. Holly had an extensive tenure at Oaktree Capital Management, L.P. from August 2018 to August 2021, where they held the position of Associate, focusing on U.S. High Yield Bonds.

Holly also has experience in investment banking, having worked at J.P. Morgan as an Investment Banking Analyst from June 2016 to August 2018, and as an Investment Banking Summer Analyst from June 2014 to July 2015. Holly also participated in the Winning Women Program at J.P. Morgan in November 2014. Additionally, they gained experience in investment banking through internships at The McLean Group in the summer of 2014.

Holly has further broadened their skill set through programs at PwC, Morgan Stanley, and internships at the United States Senate and U.S. House of Representatives in 2011.

From 2012 to 2016, Holly Dodd attended the University of Virginia's McIntire School of Commerce. Holly obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Commerce with a double concentration in Finance and Management. Additionally, they completed a minor in Global Commerce and Real Estate.
