Ruud Dekker

Ruud Dekker is an experienced marketing professional with a diverse background spanning over three decades in the financial services sector. Currently serving as Projectmanager Marketing & Acceptatie at de Vereende since August 2017, Ruud focuses on developing innovative solutions for clients and advisors in the unique Dutch financial landscape. As the owner of Proof of the Pudding, Ruud provides consulting, coaching, and content services while maintaining a flexible role as a marketing consultant for Brunel Finance from 2009 to 2016. Ruud has also held significant positions such as interim Marketing Director at REAAL, where leadership was provided to a large marketing team after nationalization, and has worked with various financial service providers in interim roles. Ruud’s previous positions include Marketing Director at AMEV and Fortis ASR, and Marketing Director at Falcon and Equity & Law. Educational achievements include advanced studies in branding, marketing management, and a NIMA C degree.
