Steven R. Bailey

Steven Richard Bailey is the Senior Managing Director and Chief Mortgage Operations Officer at PennyMac. Prior to joining PennyMac, Steven served as National Servicing Executive at Bank of America from July 2008 to April 2010. Steven also spent 23 years at Countrywide Financial, where they held the position of Senior Managing Director Servicing Manager from May 1985 to June 2008.

Steven has over 25 years of experience in the mortgage industry. Steven is a highly respected leader in the field, and their experience has helped shaped PennyMac into the successful company it is today.

Steven Richard Bailey reports to David A. Spector, President & CEO. They are on a team with Jeffrey P. Grogin - Senior Managing Director And Chief Enterprise Operations Officer, Vandad Fartaj - Senior Managing Director and Chief Investment Officer, and Lior Ofir - Senior Managing Director and Chief Information Officer.
