Chris McConville is an accomplished academic and administrator with extensive experience in research and innovation. Currently serving as Pro Vice-Chancellor Research - Strategy & Performance at Deakin University since July 2020, McConville previously held the position of Deputy Pro Vice-Chancellor, Research & Innovation at RMIT University from April 2016 to July 2020. A long tenure at the University of Warwick spanned from January 1990 to April 2016, where McConville was a Professor of Experimental Physics, directed the Science City Research Alliance, and held various roles within the Department of Physics.
