Jim Carroll

Jim Carroll is an experienced Distribution Operations and Logistics Leader currently serving as a Distribution Center Manager at Dealer Tire since November 2021. With a strong background in developing and mentoring others, Jim possesses expertise in Operations Management, Sales Operations, Pricing Strategy, Team Building, and Warehouse Operations. Prior roles include Regional Operations Manager at Shaw Industries and General Manager at The Home Depot, where Jim demonstrated a hands-on approach to directing productivity and motivating large teams.
