Nicholas Jordan

UX Researcher at Dealerware

Nicholas Jordan began their work experience in 2018 as an Information Desk Assistant at the University of North Texas. Nicholas later worked as a Qualitative Researcher at the university, conducting ethnographic research for the Nissan Research Center - Silicon Valley. In 2018, they also served as a Researcher for Expeditions, Off the Beaten Track Field School.

In 2019, Nicholas worked as a Writing and Research Intern at Big Brothers Big Sisters Lone Star, assisting with grant research and proposal writing. Nicholas also served as a Research and Development Intern at Cultural Awareness International, Inc.

In 2019, Nicholas worked as a Staff member for Expeditions, Off the Beaten Track Field School. Nicholas also conducted qualitative and quantitative evaluation research for the Origins exhibit at the Perot Museum of Nature and Science.

In 2020, Nicholas worked as a UX Research Intern at RealPage, Inc. and as a Corporate Engagement Intern at The Good Food Institute.

In 2021, Nicholas worked as a UX Research Intern at Beam Dental before transitioning to a role as a UX Researcher at Dealerware.

Nicholas Jordan completed their Bachelor's degree in Cultural Anthropology from the University of North Texas. Nicholas studied at the university from 2015 to 2018 with a focus on cultural anthropology.

After completing their undergraduate studies, Nicholas pursued further education and obtained a Master of Science degree in Applied Anthropology from the University of North Texas. Nicholas attended the university from 2019 to 2022, specializing in the field of Applied Anthropology.

In addition to their formal education, Nicholas also completed a certification in Conducting Usability Testing from The Interaction Design Foundation. Nicholas obtained this certification in July 2020.
