Yuli Herzinger

Yuli Herzinger has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. In 2010, Yuli worked as a Research Assistant at The Hebrew University of Jerusalem. Following this, Yuli served as a Litigation Attorney at Lipa Meir & Co. from 2011 to 2012.

Yuli later joined Public Trust in 2012, where they held the position of Head of Sustainability Department. During their time there, Yuli managed corporate responsibility and was involved in business development activities.

From 2014 to 2016, Yuli worked at BlazeMeter as Global Business Operations Manager. They successfully managed the company's growth until its acquisition by CA Technologies. Yuli was responsible for implementing policies and procedures to enhance the company's delivery and internal communication.

In 2016, Yuli became the Director of Customer Success & Operations at Oribi, where they established early-stage policies and procedures for the customer success department. They also played a hands-on role in customer support and success activities.

Yuli then joined Camilyo in 2017 as a Partner Success & Ops specialist, where they led enterprises and media companies in establishing and implementing internal sales, marketing, and fulfillment processes for SMBs. Simultaneously, Yuli joined Fiverr as a Customer Success & Ops Team Leader, managing a high-performing team and implementing data-driven strategies.

In 2021, Yuli joined Namogoo as the Director of Customer Success Operations and Services, responsible for overseeing customer success operations. In 2022, they transitioned to DealHub.io as a Senior Director of Customer Success Ops, where they empowered sales organizations with a complete revenue workflow platform.

Throughout their career, Yuli has demonstrated expertise in customer success operations, strategic consulting, business management, and sustainability.

Yuli Herzinger has a diverse education background with a focus on law and strategic consultancy. In 2009, they obtained a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree in Public and International Law from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree in Law from Bar-Ilan University, which they completed in 2009.

Furthermore, in 2015-2016, Yuli Herzinger pursued studies at the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology in the field of Strategic Consultancy. Similarly, in 2014, they attended The College of Management Academic Studies, where they studied Risk Management.

Additionally, Yuli Herzinger holds a Diploma in Mediation and Conflict Resolution from the Gome Mediation Institute, which they completed in 2008. Furthermore, they obtained certification as a Licensed Attorney at Law from the Israel Bar Association in November 2009.
