Harp brings over 25 years of experience in finance and high-growth companies. Throughout his career, Harp has worked to scale 40+ companies including Virgin Gaming, Versapay, and Coinberry. He has completed multiple financings for both private and public companies and sits on Boards of companies in health tech, payments, and artificial intelligence space. In his most recent role as CFO of Coinberry, Harp led the sale of the company to Wonderfi Technologies. As a Board member, he helped take Kovo Healtech public (TSX-V: KOVO).
