Morgan Baker

Morgan Jade Baker, SHRM-CP, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and organizational development. Currently serving as the Director of People and Culture at DealRoom since February 2022, Morgan previously held the role of People and Culture Manager at the same company. Prior to this, Morgan worked as a Project Manager at Oberd - Universal Research Solutions, LLC from February 2019 to February 2022 and served as Human Resources Manager at General Baptist Nursing Home from December 2017 to February 2019. Morgan's career began as a Staffing Coordinator at St. Bernards Healthcare from December 2016 to November 2017. Morgan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Arkansas State University and is a graduate of The Academies At Jonesboro High School.
