Justin Mettel

Justin Mettel has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Justin currently works as a Customer Success Manager at Dealtale, A VIANAI Company, starting in February 2023. Prior to this, they worked at KORE Software from April 2021 to February 2023, first as a Senior Customer Success Manager and then as a Customer Success Associate from August 2019 to March 2021. At KORE Software, they were responsible for managing over 30 clients, generating $3 million in annual recurring revenue, and achieving a low churn rate. Justin also successfully negotiated and closed $192,000 in cross-sell and up-sell revenue.

Before KORE Software, Justin served as the Manager of Customer Success at Block Six Analytics from February 2017 to July 2019. In this role, they specialized in delivering analytical and insight-driven client presentations for consulting projects and media valuations. Justin also developed valuable valuations for sponsors to demonstrate the asset value of sponsorships.

Prior to Block Six Analytics, Justin worked at Nielsen as an Account Coordinator for NBA & MLS from April 2016 to February 2017. Justin conducted presentations for clients, partnered with internal subject matter experts for sponsorship reports, and managed project timelines and budgets. Before Nielsen, they worked as an Account Coordinator for NBA at Repucom (acquired by Nielsen) from April 2016 to July 2016.

Justin's career began at FTI Consulting, where they served as a Consultant from September 2015 to April 2016. Justin was responsible for conducting comprehensive presentations for clients, generating and analyzing sponsorship reports, and managing project timelines, scope, and budget. Justin also interned at FTI Consulting as a Corporate Finance Intern in 2014.

Earlier in their career, Justin gained valuable experience as a Summer Analyst at Cantor Fitzgerald in 2013 and 2012. Justin also worked as a Marketing Intern at Lapine Associates from August 2011 to January 2012.

Justin Mettel attended Weston High School from 2007 to 2011, where they completed their high school education. Afterward, from 2011 to 2015, they attended the University of Michigan and obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sport Management.
