Caitlin Burkholder-Travis

Caitlin Burkholder-Travis is an experienced educator and leader in the field of educational reform and curriculum development. Currently, Caitlin serves as a Senior Program Manager at Deans for Impact, following a role as a Literacy Consultant with CORE Learning. Caitlin's previous positions include Consultant for Mass Insight Education & Research, where responsibilities included strategic planning and equity workshop facilitation, Assistant Principal of Instruction at LEAD Public Schools with a focus on program management and staff coaching, and Director of Curriculum and Instruction at East End Prep, emphasizing instructional sustainability and data analysis. Caitlin also held various educational roles at YES Prep Public Schools, including Director of Academics, and contributed to the establishment of achievement systems at SPARK Schools and Rocketship Education. Caitlin began their career as a Teacher Trainer with the Peace Corps, providing training and support to primary school teachers. Caitlin holds a bachelor's degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
