Lindsey Speach

Lindsey Speach is the Chief Administrative & People Officer at Death Wish Coffee Company. Lindsey has over 15 years of experience in Human Resources and has a proven track record in leading HR strategy, functions, processes, procedures and implementation in high growth environments.

Lindsey started their career as a legal support at Lavelle & Finn, LLP from 2004-2008. Lindsey then transitioned into the banking industry, working as a recruiter at KeyBank from 2008-2010. In 2011, they joined SmartWatt Inc. as their Vice President of Human Resources and held this position until 2020 when they joined Death Wish Coffee Company.

At Death Wish Coffee Company, Lindsey is responsible for leading the company's HR strategy and functions with a focus on creating and maintaining high-performing teams and an engaged, aligned and fun work environment.

Lindsey Speach has a MBA and HR Certificate from Union College. Lindsey also has a Construction Safety and Health Specialist Certificate from Rochester Institute of Technology. Lastly, they have a Marketing/Management degree with a minor in Sociology from Siena College.
