Prior to that, they held positions at Damas Jewellery LLC as the Omni-channel & Customer Xperience Head and CRM and Customer Experience Manager. Lama also worked at Panasonic Marketing Middle East & Africa FZE as a Senior CRM & Marketing Manager, where they developed annual business plans and managed a $10 million project for a loyalty program. Earlier in their career, they worked at Jacky's Electronics as a Marketing & CRM Executive, focusing on new business development and strategy.
Lama Nasser earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in International Business from Liberty University in the years 2010-2012. In addition, they obtained an International Diploma in Interior Design from Cavendish College of London from 2003-2005. Lama also completed a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Liberty University. Furthermore, they hold several certifications, including an Accredited Jewelry Professional certificate from GIA (Gemological Institute of America), a Google Digital Marketing Certificate from Google, and various certifications in jewelry-related subjects from GIA.
