Benedita Contreras has a diverse work experience. Benedita began their career in 2014 as a Summer Internship- Marketing Intelligence at EDP. In 2015, they worked as a Summer Marketing Intern at Jerónimo Martins. In 2018, they joined Bright Pixel Capital (former Sonae IM) as a member of the MVP & Incubation team. In 2017, they co-founded Amal Soap, a social business integrating Syria women in Portugal through the production of Aleppo Soap. In 2019, they worked at GitHub as an Account Manager and Sales Development. In 2021, they joined Hopin as a Customer Success Manager. Currently, they are a Scaled Customer Success Manager at Debricked.

Benedita Contreras completed their Bachelor's degree from Escola Salesiana do Estoril from 2005 to 2012. Benedita then obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Universidade Católica Portuguesa between 2012 and 2015. In 2014, they completed a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) from City University of Hong Kong. Benedita then went on to receive a Master's Degree in Management with Major in Social Enterprise from Nova School of Business and Economics between 2016 and 2018. In addition, Benedita has obtained various certifications, including Certified Customer Success Manager (CCSM) Level 2 from SuccessHACKER in May 2022, Excel Expert from DGERT in December 2013, Advanced in English (CAE) from Cambridge English Language Assessment in March 2013, Certified Customer Success Manager (CCSM) Level 1 from SuccessHACKER in January 2022, and Design Kit: Prototyping from NovoEd in May 2016.
