Dr. Shalin Patel is responsible for developing procedures and finding solutions to create thriving practices by recruiting, training, and retaining doctors across the company. As a hands-on leader focused on achieving results in a dynamic, patient-oriented work environment, he has a proven track record of building and training clinical teams around a growth strategy of working collaboratively with operations teams.

Dr. Patel attended the University of Mississippi for both his undergraduate studies and dental school. He has been recognized by both the Dallas Business Journal and Incisal Edge Magazine as a Top “40 Under 40” Dentist in America. Based on his years of clinical experience and commitment to continuing education, Dr. Patel has given various lectures to dental schools and leading dental organizations nationwide on Creating a Culture of Clinical Excellence.
