Rizi Valencia - Gacho

Rizi Valencia - Gacho is a seasoned Senior Process Development Engineer with over a decade of experience in the semiconductor industry. Currently at Deca Technologies since February 2012, Rizi's expertise encompasses wafer testing, process development for ball attach, and yield improvement through collaboration with engineers across various functions. Prior to this role, Rizi worked as an Equipment Technician at Cypress Semiconductor Corporation, responsible for operational support and equipment setup, and held a position as a Warehouse Employee at Smart Communications, Inc., where responsibilities included inventory management and product testing. Rizi holds a Bachelor's Degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from the Technological Institute of the Philippines and an Associate’s Degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering Technology from the Technological University of the Philippines - Manila.
