Susana de Frutos

Susana De Frutos is a skilled operations professional with extensive experience in efficiency management and logistics. Currently serving as a Regional Operations Expert and UK Efficiency Leader at Decathlon UK since September 2017, Susana oversees the national Efficiency Project, providing training updates and performance reports.
