M.D. Khairul Alam Khan

Md. Khairul Alam Khan, MBA, serves as the Logistics & IT Team Manager at Decathlon International since September 2013. In this role, responsibilities include coaching the Bangladesh Logistics & IT Team to achieve both regional and global project goals while instilling strong fundamental values. Previously, as the Logistics Team Manager, effective leadership focused on five strategic directions including team autonomy and sustainability within the logistics operations for Bangladesh retail. Additional experience includes roles such as Supply Development Organizer and Logistics & Transport Manager, managing international logistics partners and preparing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Prior to Decathlon, Md. Khairul served as a Production Officer at Dutch Bangla Pack Limited. Academic qualifications include an Executive MBA in Supply Chain from North South University and a B.Sc. in Industrial & Production Engineering from the Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology.
