Ketan Shah possesses extensive experience in the field of process safety and production management, having worked as a Process and Plant Safety Professional at Deccan Fine Chemicals Pvt. Limited from June 2014 to December 2014, where responsibilities included implementing Process Safety Management systems and conducting process hazard analyses. Prior to this role, Ketan served as a Senior Manager Production at Bayer CropScience from September 1993 to May 2014, overseeing planning, resource optimization, safety excellence, and operational management while ensuring compliance with ISO standards and implementing Quality By Design methodologies. Ketan holds a Master of Science in Organic Chemistry from The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda and a PGDM in Business Administration and Management from Indira Gandhi National Open University.
