Manoj Prabhakar

Manoj Prabhakar is a results-driven professional with extensive experience in operations management and credit risk assessment. Currently serving as Senior Manager - Operations at Decentro since August 2024, Manoj previously held roles including Manager - Business Operations at Niro, where responsibilities included overseeing end-to-end credit operations and leading a 20-member team. Earlier experience includes Manager - Merchant Operations at FinBox, where Manoj focused on customer success, operational strategies, and risk management, as well as Assistant Manager - Retail Lending at HDFC Limited, managing branch operations and credit evaluations.
