Patricia Moroney

Patricia Moroney serves as the Global Director of Legal Recruiting at Dechert LLP since February 2021, bringing extensive experience in talent acquisition and client services from previous roles at Alexander Mann Solutions, Barclays, RBC, and AIG. At AIG, Patricia was the Head of Talent Acquisition for the Americas, overseeing a large team and strategic hiring initiatives across various regions and functions. Earlier career highlights include managing the lateral recruiting process at Clifford Chance US LLP and implementing key hiring programs and strategies. Patricia holds a Bachelor's Degree in English and Psychology from Boston College.
