The board of directors at DecideAct has a history of experience in management, consulting, coaching, and academia. The members have degrees from Adizes Graduate School, the University of Michigan, and Syddansk Universitet. They have also founded or been partners in companies such as DecideAct Management Aps., Mid ehf., and CapaHouse. In addition to their work with DecideAct, the board members are also active in other organizations such as Digitopia, Corporator AS, and Celsius Corporate Leadership System.
