Mitchell Oldenburg is the Director of Product Ops at Decimal. Mitchell has over 10 years of experience in sales, operations, and product management.

Oldenburg began their career in sales, working for various companies in the financial industry. In 2020, they joined Marcum LLP as a Sr. Business Analyst, Tax Technology. In this role, they worked closely with various leaders to drive operational efficiency within their respective departments during key moments of the company’s maturation. Through development of internal products, revision and implementation of operational processes, and creation of new deal scoping procedures, they improved the customer experience and reduced costs of delivery.

In their current role at Decimal, Oldenburg is responsible for the development and shipment of the entire customer database and expert user configuration pages. Mitchell has also created standardized workflow templates for all services provided, and coordinated the implementation of over 8,000+ workflows across 600+ customers.
