Salim Javed

Salim Javed, Ph.D., is a highly skilled scientist with extensive experience in pharmaceutical research and development. Currently serving as a Senior Scientist II at Deciphera Pharmaceuticals since September 2019, Salim Javed has previously held the position of Senior Scientist I within the same company. Prior to this, Salim Javed worked as a Postdoctoral Research Associate at Baylor College of Medicine from July 2018 to August 2019, focusing on the synthesis and biological evaluation of antibody drug conjugates and SRC-3 inhibitors. Salim Javed's academic background includes a Doctor of Philosophy in Organic Chemistry obtained with honors from The University of Kansas, along with a strong foundation in chemistry and biology gained through various educational institutions, including research and visiting scholar roles.
