Andrew Holt

Andrew Holt has a diverse work experience in finance and accounting roles. Andrew is currently working at Decision Inc. as a Financial Planning and Analytics Consultant, where they implement cloud-based solutions to enhance decision-making for clients. Prior to that, they worked as a Financial Accountant at Prime Meridian Direct (Pty) Ltd, where they prepared monthly management reporting packs and conducted analysis on client collections. Before that, they were a Financial Accountant at Weber Shandwick, responsible for analyzing revenue and budget variations. Andrew started their career as a Junior Financial Accountant at Fizgig Event Co-Ordinators, where they processed invoices, reconciled bank accounts, and managed cash flows.

Andrew Holt completed their Bachelor of Commerce - BCom degree in Accounting and Management Accounting from the University of the Witwatersrand in 2015. Andrew then pursued further education at The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, where they obtained a Certificate in Business Accounting in 2017. In the following year, Andrew completed their Diploma in Management Accounting from the same institute, specializing in Financial and Management Accounting. Andrew further enhanced their qualifications by obtaining an Advanced Diploma in Management Accounting in 2020. Throughout their education, Andrew focused on various aspects of accounting, management accounting, and business/management.
