Anthony Varner

Anthony Varner currently serves as a member of HIGHER Community, contributing to the professional development of over 10,000 talent acquisition professionals. As Talent Director at 3Aware and hc1, Anthony leads talent acquisition and HR strategies, significantly reducing time to fill positions and developing training programs for managerial leadership. In addition to collaborating with InvigorateHR, Anthony is the founder of Unchained Talent, which evolved from a passion project to a consulting firm specializing in career coaching and HR support. Previous roles include Global Director of Talent at Socio, where Anthony played a key role during the company's acquisition by Cisco/WebEx, and various positions focused on talent management and recruitment at Sharpen and Robert Half Technology. Anthony holds a Master's of Education in Organizational Leadership from the University of South Florida and a Bachelor of Arts in History and International Studies from Capital University.
