Roger Zhao

Roger Zhao, DPT, MBA, is an experienced healthcare professional currently serving as the Director of Customer Success at Icon Health and an Implementation Manager at DecisionRx, Inc. Zhao has a strong background in physical therapy and operations management, having previously held roles such as Senior Physical Therapist at Luna Physical Therapy and Senior Consultant for Strategy Operations at Cedars-Sinai Kerlan-Jobe Institute. As a co-founder and General Manager of UP Clinic China, Zhao contributed to the establishment of the nation's first and largest orthopedic clinic chain. With additional experience in providing orthopedic rehabilitation consultations for the Shanghai Sharks Basketball Club and managing PT services at Global Healthcare China, Zhao holds a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of California, San Francisco, and a B.S. in Physiological Science from UCLA, along with an Executive MBA focused on Corporate Strategy and Software Development.
