Alexander Arusievicz has held various software development and architecture roles since 2008. In 2010, they worked at Mobiltec as a Web/Mobile Developer, where they worked on Windows Mobile 6.x, Android, and .NET. From 2010 to 2013, they worked at CWI Software as a Senior Software Developer, where they worked on a big internet portal as a systems analyst and web developer using SCRUM as methodology. From 2013 to 2014, they worked at IASTED as a Software Developer, where they worked as a systems analyst, web developer, and outsourcing manager using Kanban/Scrum as methodology. From 2016 to 2018, they worked at Goldray Glass as a Full Stack Developer, where they worked as a systems analyst, full stack developer, and users support. From 2018 to 2019, they worked at RV Standby as a Back End Developer, where they worked as a back-end developer and systems analyst using agile as methodology. Since 2019, they have been a Software Architect and Senior Back End Developer at Decisive Farming by TELUS Agriculture.

Alexander Arusievicz received their Associate's degree in Industrial Automation from SENAI MAUÁ in 2002-2003. Alexander then went on to receive their Bachelor's degree in Computer Technology/Computer Systems Technology from ULBRA in 2005-2012.
