Maura Hunter has extensive work experience, starting in 1989 as a Team Manager at Paul Revere Insurance Co. Maura then transitioned to Fidelity Investments in 1996, where they held various roles in the Call Center and later moved into Call Center Operations. In 2004, they became the Senior Vice President of Product Development at Fidelity Investments. From 2006 to 2011, they worked as the Senior Vice President of Communications and Education, where they successfully built a customer experience team and implemented strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty metrics. In 2011, they took on the role of SVP, Customer Experience, and drove initiatives to enhance customer and employee delight, including the development of the Voice of Customer Ambassador Program. Additionally, they served as the Co-Chair of the Womans Leadership Group from 2014 to 2017. In 2018, Maura joined Decker Communications as the Vice President of Strategic Relationships and Client Experience.
Maura Hunter obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Business Management from Assumption University between 1985 and 1989.
