Kaz Minatoya

Kaz Minatoya is an experienced operations professional with a robust background in supply chain management and logistics. Kaz has held the position of Senior Director of Operations at Deckers Outdoor Corporation since January 2010. Prior experience includes serving as Operations Director and Board member at Universal Pictures from July 2006 to March 2009, and as Supply Chain Director at Godiva Chocolatier from February 2002 to July 2006. Kaz also led the Logistics Department at Sara Lee Branded Apparel from February 1995 to February 2002. Kaz holds a Master's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from 玉川大学, completed between 1980 and 1984.
