I’m passionate about creating high-converting, highly-memorable, sticky experiences for target audiences. I do this by taking agile design, loyalty and product principles and leveraging my ‘data-driven creativity’ and hustle.

The output: unparalleled, scalable, business, marketing and product strategies.

I’ve been doing this for years for both B2C and B2B use cases:

- At @Aimia and @AmericanExpress I helped build bulletproof loyalty programs

- At @AS&Co I rendered these principles to incorporate magnified, differentiated strategies for thousands of startups and larger clients

- And now I’m pioneering the evolution of design + loyalty into Web3 and emerging technology with @Deckmode @EdgeOf and @MetaverseHQ

I love my work, multi-tasking, and the hustle; it’s what keeps me excited.

The only thing that excites me more: energizing and delighting my clients and teammates, and building increasing trust with them. Throughout my career I’ve hired >1000 employees and contractors from around the world and have been honored to push tempo and edge with them.

Personally, I’m certainly intense with everything I do; and pride myself equally on being mindful, team-oriented, loyal, very analytical, creative yet pragmatic and direct/blunt. Coming to terms with being comfortable with myself has been a journey; and I’m always seeking to improve myself and learn.
