Guillaume Holley

Guillaume Holley is a Research Scientist at deCODE genetics. Previously, they worked as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the University of Iceland, where they focused on the design of a library for the construction and indexing of de Bruijn graphs. They also completed a PhD at the University of Bielefeld, where their research centered on pan-genome storage and search. Their educational background includes a Doctor of Philosophy in Computational Biology from Bielefeld University, and master's and bachelor's degrees in Computer Science from Université de Rennes I. Throughout their career, they have gained experience in algorithm design, software development, and bioinformatics research.
