Mike Wood has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Mike started their career as a Graphic Designer at Walt Disney World in 1991, where they were responsible for designing and supervising printed collateral. Mike then worked as a Production Manager at Designers' Press, Inc., managing and planning print jobs. Mike later joined Infocus International as a Design Coordinator, overseeing project development and print production. Mike then moved to The Weber Group, Inc. as a Graphic Designer, creating packaging and collateral materials for national consumer brands. Mike joined Disney Parks & Resorts in 1996 and held various roles such as Senior Designer, Design Manager for the Softlines Division, and Design Manager for Disneyland Resort. Mike managed teams, provided art direction, and developed retail products. In 2003, Mike ventured into entrepreneurship and became the Owner/Operator of Footworks Dance Studio, Inc., where they developed and managed all aspects of the business. After selling the studio in 2011, Mike joined Hallmark Cards as a Product Development Director, overseeing gift product creation and business strategies. Mike then joined DEMDACO as a Product Design Director, responsible for bringing a wide range of emotionally based products to market. Currently, Mike is working as a Design Director at DecoPac, Inc.

Mike Wood's education history includes earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Advanced Technical Studies, Commercial Art and Design from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale. Mike also completed an Associate in Applied Science degree in Graphic Design from the same university.
