Clarissa Watson

Clarissa Watson is an experienced professional in editorial leadership, writing, and communications, currently serving as Editorial Lead and Editor-in-Chief at Consensys since September 2021. In addition, Clarissa is a Senior Writer at Chopra Global and an NFT Artist & Poet at OpenSea, while also contributing to Decrypt as a writer focused on the decentralized internet. As a co-founder and creative director of the Unamuno Author Series, Clarissa has established an international poetry series in Madrid. Previous roles include Editor at Tactical Tech, Marketing & Communications Lead at The Graph, and Director of Content & Communications at IE HST. Clarissa has contributed writings to the World Economic Forum and has extensive experience in brand and marketing strategy from a tenure at Alto Analytics. Educationally, Clarissa holds a Master of Science in Digital Media from IE School of Science and Technology, a Bachelor of Arts in Media Studies from Royal Roads University, and an Associate's degree in Broadcast Journalism from SAIT.
